After many year of experience in Rome, in Michelin Star awarded restaurants, our chef Andrea Dal Monte moved in 2008 to New York where he worked as a Manager and Sommelier at the prestigious "Del Posto", flagship of the restaurant Empire  of Mario Batali, Lidia Bastianich and Joe Bastianich and one of the top restaurants in US.

 

 

After 2 beautiful and intese years at Del Posto, Andrea Dal Monte opened his first restaurant in USA: "Campo de 'Fiori", which received various accolades from Zagat and The New York Times.

 

In 2010/11 was awarded as "Best pizza of New York".

 

 

In 2013 was included in BCA list "Best Chefs of America".

 

In December 2014 Andrea Dal Monte moved to Houston, attracted by the tremendous culinary potential this city has to offer. He has worked as a private chef (www.andreachef.com) in Houston bringing fine Italian cuisine to private events.

 

In the Summer of 2016 he opened his Pizza Lab 006 Pizza truck
